ROASTING FACTS: Artizan Coffee uses a complex, time-consuming and skilled process known as "split-roasting" technique for this blends. This is where each component in the blend is roasted at different temperatures and for different durations before being blended in order to achieve the optimal flavor, body, and complexity.

QUALITY GUARANTEE: We use the top 1% of coffee beans in the world to carefully craft-roast and prepare our organic coffee. By only using beans grown through responsible organic farming practices, we're cutting out the harmful fertilizers and chemicals that interfere with the integrity of our coffee - and your health.

MYCOTOXINS FREE ASSURANCE: First, we are fastidious about our beans and quality. Secondly, we moisture test every batch to ensure levels below 13% (mycotoxin simply can't grow). Third, we test every lot of green coffee beans for these four mycotoxins: Ochratochin A, Aflatoxin B1, Fumonisin B1 and T-2. Lastly, we roast every batch for over 10 minutes, at temperatures over 415 degrees which has been shown to eliminate the risk of mycotoxins.
