Artizan's Cuba Mia blend is a bold, full-bodied, and intense coffee, with a PROFILE of 12/13 INTENSITY, 1/5 ACIDITY, 4/5 ROAST, and 4/5 BODY. This organic specialty coffee is available in compostable and biodegradable pods, certified 100% organic by the USDA, and compatible with Nespresso Original machines (but not Nespresso Vertuo).
Artizan's roasting process for this blend involves a complex, time-consuming, and skilled "split-roasting" technique, where each component is roasted at different temperatures and durations to achieve the optimal flavor, body, and complexity.
Committed to quality, Artizan uses only the top 1% of coffee beans in the world, grown through responsible organic farming practices, to craft-roast their coffee. They also rigorously test every batch to ensure mycotoxin-free coffee, with moisture levels below 13% and no detectable Ochratochin A, Aflatoxin B1, Fumonisin B1, or T-2 mycotoxins.
